These terms apply when you use topmanhealth.com or buy from Topman Personal Training & Rehab Studio, operated by Topman Health and Fitness (SSM 201103038375 (002017374-A)), Level 9, Leisure Commerce Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor ("we", "us"). By booking, buying or registering, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
Hourly rental of a private training studio; coaching programmes for fitness coaches (in person and online); The BCX Method e-book and free downloads; and clearance gym equipment. Prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia on the website and may change, but a change never affects something you have already paid for.
2. Payment
Online payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card or online banking details. Bank transfers and DuitNow payments are confirmed once the money reaches our account.
3. The e-book and downloads
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to read and use the book and its forms for your own coaching business. You may print the health questionnaire and waiver templates for your own members. You may not share, resell or publish the book or the download link. All content remains our copyright.
4. Coaching programmes
- Programmes teach business and coaching methods. Results depend on your own effort, location and market, so we can't guarantee a number of clients or income.
- Our coaching is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Get professional advice for your own situation.
- You are responsible for holding suitable fitness certification, first aid training and insurance before coaching paying clients.
- During park sessions and practicals, follow the coach's safety instructions and tell us about any health condition that affects your participation.
5. Studio rental
Renters register once and agree to the separate Studio Space Rental and Liability Agreement, which covers use of the space, equipment, damage, clients and insurance. The booking policies and house rules also apply.
6. Equipment sales
Equipment is clearance stock, sold as seen, and reserved only once paid. Items are collected at Leisure Commerce Square or delivered at the buyer's cost. Use equipment according to its intended purpose and within its load limits.
7. Refunds and cancellations

8. Liability
Exercise carries a risk of injury. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your own training, your coaching of others, or your use of equipment, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
