Topman Personal Training & Rehab Studio, operated by Topman Health and Fitness (SSM 201103038375 (002017374-A)) ("we") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Enquiries and downloads: your name, email, WhatsApp number and where you are in your coaching journey, when you request the Coach Starter Pack or register for a programme.
- Studio renter registration: your contact details, identification, certifications and signed agreements, submitted through our registration form.
- Purchases: your name, contact details and what you bought. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we don't receive your card or online banking details.
- Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp or email.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you asked for, such as a download, a booking, a programme seat or an equipment order.
- To verify renters' identity and qualifications for the rental agreement.
- To send you useful coaching tips and offers, only if you agreed. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep proper business, tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run our business: our website host, Google (email, forms and file storage), our payment provider, and WhatsApp. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires for business records. Renter documents are kept with the signed rental agreement while the renter account is active.
Cookies and third-party content
This website uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows a Google Maps map, so Google may receive technical data such as your IP address when you visit.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing. Tell us if you'd like your data deleted and we'll do so unless we must keep it by law.
