My Vision:

Having a good health is not just about the look itself, it is to reduce the risk of chronic diseases, so that we can enjoy our lives with our love ones 

Being obese during my university life, I am both mentally and physically weak. Daily physical exhaustion and mental lethargic tells me to do sometime about my health. I signed up gym membership and trained for 6 years but without any improvement. I finally made the costly decision and hired a personal trainer. The guided training helped me lose more than 20kg in 3 months in a healthy way. This gives me the urge to help others who faced similar problem like myself.

I realized that beating procrastination is what helped me succeed in eating healthier and removed my excess body fat. Signing up to costly personal training packages “locked-in” my determination to change from unhealthy to healthy lifestyle. Of course, proper guidance is required, which combined with good nutrient uptake and consistent exercise regime. This is why I went studies and workshops to become a certified personal training. So that it will fulfill my vision to help others to become healthier and to enjoy life to the fullest.

Approximately 50,000 Malaysians are affected by cataracts. While cataracts can be treated, more than 2,700 underprivileged patients cannot afford to undergo cataract surgery due to the high cost of lenses.

The Standard Chartered Foundation is raising funds for the Intraocular Lens (IOL) project, which seeks to give quality of life to the visually impaired.
