Lesson 1 Identify & Elimination
- Write down your food intake using a “Food Journal” and be truthful as much as you can. Typically this will be what you have consumed, which includes food and beverages.
- Next is to identify the “culprit” and change it to another food item. Typically, food that you have been consuming for a long period of time, your food may become intolerant to it, so change it!
- Another important thing is, watch out of the “silent killer”. Sometimes we are intolerant to certain food group, such as dairy products (dairy milk etc), or even gluten. Removing these from your food can sometimes help you in fat loss.
