BCX OUTDOOR WORKOUT (ONE MONTH)
There are a total of 8 workout in this ONE MONTH programme. Complete 2 workouts in any day of a week (e.g. Week 1: Monday – workout 1, Week 1: Thursday – workout 2, Week 2: Monday – workout 3, Week 2: Thursday – workout 4……etc.). There will be an increase in intensity/difficulty progressively from workout 1 to workout 8. If you find it difficult, then cut the total number of sets/repeats to 3 rounds. Enjoy & get strong!
